Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Near Pelham, NH

10 minutes from Pelham — the closest dedicated BJJ academy in the area.

Pelham, NH is one of the closest towns to Off Your Back BJJ Academy — just 10 minutes down Route 38 to Salem, NH. If you've been looking for BJJ near Pelham, you're practically already here. We offer adult BJJ, kids BJJ, and kickboxing with a structured curriculum led by a black belt head instructor.

Small class sizes mean you get real coaching every time you step on the mat. We're not a big-box gym with a BJJ side class — we're a dedicated martial arts facility where grappling is the focus. Our coaching staff is personally invested in each student's development, from white belt to advanced practitioner.

The Pelham-Salem corridor is a tight community and we love seeing it grow on the mat. Your first class is completely free. Bring the kids too — our Saturday and Sunday morning family schedule makes it easy to train together.

Classes are held at 224 North Broadway, Salem, NH 03079. Call (781) 307-0104 to ask about your free first class.
